A Notebook is a collection of pages sorted by page numbers. Unlike a folder, you can not trash or move a page to a different location.

Create a Notebook

You can create a Notebook in a top-level space or a box. Click the blue + add button, and select Notebook.

Give the Notebook a title, and click the CREATE button.

You will see a new Notebook with the title.

Once you've created a Notebook, the next step is to open it. Click Open on the right edge of the Notebook to access the first page.

Toolbar

From the toolbar, you can

  • Go to the Cover page;
  • Go to the Contents page;
  • Go to a specific page by number;
  • Go to the first page;
  • Go to the last page;
  • Search. (On the Contents page).

Go to a specific page

In the top toolbar, input a number in the page number field, and click the right arrow Go button.

Cover page

You can rename the title and add tags on the Cover page.

Tag a Notebook

Tags enable you to efficiently search for and locate related items. To add a tag, select `Add a tag` at the top of the Cover page, type in the tag name, and press the Return button on the keyboard.

After entering all tags, click the green ✔️ Check button to save them. Your device will encrypt the tags and upload them to the Secure server.

Rename a Notebook

Click the Pen button on the upper-right of the title area.

Type in the new title, and click the Green ✔️ Check button.

Contents page

The Contents page lists all pages that have contents. You can search for a particular page from the Contents page.

Search

On the Contents page, select the search icon on the right of the top toolbar.

Enter the keywords, and click the Search button on the right of the search bar.

You will see pages with a title or tags that match the keywords.

Move a Notebook

Search for and locate the Notebook in the top-level space or a box.

Select the Checkbox on the right of the item, and select Move in the bottom bar.

Go to the target location, then click the DROP button.

You can find the Notebook in the target location.

Trash a Notebook

Search for and locate the Notebook in the top-level space or a box.

Select the Checkbox on the right of the item, and select Trash in the bottom bar.

If you want to trash it, type Yes and click the Trash button.

If you accidentally trash the Notebook, you can go to the Trash page from the top-level space and restore it.
